So I messed up on this one, but I tried to make up for it.
45 x 5
65 x 5 + 5 pullups
70 x 5 +5 pu
75 x 5 + 5 pu
80 x 5 + 5 pu OOPs I was only doing 5 reps
80 x 10 + 5 pu
80 x 5
75 x 5
70 x 5
75 x 5 + 3 is all the pu I could do at this point as punishment for doing it wrong.
