Sunday Funday!!!

1 round and 20 extensions.
Focus today was quality over quantity except for wall walks – those were 100% for quantity… so much quantity – very little quality!

Scaled ring rows to a reasonable angle and pistols to band assisted from a pull-up bar to focus on knee tracking.

6 wall walks short of two rounds rx’d.
Second round of ring rows was tough. Broke them into 4 sets of 10, inching a little more vertical each set.

Got 1 round and the 40 ring rows in round 2. Modified pistols off the box (leg dips).
