A.  Clean and Jerk – 3 reps x 5 sets (touch and go), rest 2-4 minutes

B.  GHD Sit-ups – 25 reps (unbroken) x 4 sets, rest 90 seconds

Coach’s notes:  Post loads for all sets in A and reps unbroken for B to comments.

Part B: Scaled. 21,21,10,10

A. 57, 62, 67, 69.5, 69.5. Need to get my butt back on those cleans
B. As rx’d. That last rnd was painful. Looking fwd to the DOMS. Delayed onset muscle soreness.

B: 20/20/11/8 – 20’s were by choice, 11 and 8 were all I could do

A. Worked on technique (so these were singles) at 52#.
B. 10/10/8/8. These are funky!

A. 105/135/155/175/185×2 the weight seems a lot heavier when I am lowering it.
B. 15/15/15/15

A: 135/155/165/175/185×1 – shoulders were TAXED this week.

A. 85/95/95/105 felt good! first time doing touch and go! wanted to keep going but class started late and had to run! 🙂 (just teasing you DJ!!)
B. 25×4 as rx’d *ugh headache came back!*

A. 65/70/75/80/85 – last few sets felt sloppy, need to work on keeping my knees out
B. 20/20/8/ then my low back yelled at me to stop

A.85/95/95/105….great T&G practice….
B. did 4 sets of 15 GHD raises….played around with settings and purple band

Did this workout on Friday March 18.
A. 135/145/155/165/175×1 – Shoud have used weight lifting shoe’s
B. Was no GHD machine so just did 100 situps as fast as I could (2 sets of 50)
Also did 70 pullups

Nice post. I learn something totally new and challenging on websites I stumbleupon every
day. It will always be helpful to read through content from other
writers and practice a little something from their sites.
