As many rounds in 20 minutes of:

5 Push-ups

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDLHP)

15 squats 

Coach’s Notes:  Guys use 65 lbs and gals 45lbs for the SDLHP or scale as required.  Post number of rounds completed to comments.

One of those looks easier than actually is. Great full body workout.

Judy 17rounds plus 5 pushups from knees – 37.5 lbs for lift – next time for sure 45 lbs

DJ- 16 rounds as Rx’d
Brittany- 12 rounds + 5 Push ups (push up negatives, knees on way up) otherwise as Rx’d

15 rounds + 5 push-ups. All p/up’s from the knees. Great w/o. Next time will try full p/ups.

13 3/4 rounds or 14 3/4 I was tired and forget what number my last round was….nonetheless…missed the squats on last round

G 17.5 rounds as Rx’d (half round being 5 push-ups + 5 SDLHP)

K 16 rounds + 5 push-ups as Rx’d

Some good numbers, well done everyone.

15 rounds +5PU/10SDLHP/8squats as Rx’d

Pushing hard after a week of rest. 12 rounds + 5 push ups after doing a 7KM run in 38 min.
