Run 1 mile
AMRAP Burpees

B. In 7 minutes complete:

300 Double Unders
AMRAP Dumbbell Deadlift – 50#/35#/hand

C.  In 4 minutes complete:

AMRAP Medicine Ball Cleans – 20#/14#

Post results for each AMRAP and total AMRAP reps to comments. Rest as can be afforded between sets. Perform sets in order indicated.
