3-6-9-12, etc.
Toes-to-bars
Box jumps (20/24 in)
Calorie bike
– Continue adding 3 reps to each movement until time expires.

Post-workout:
4 sets:
3 weighted strict pull-ups
4 wide-grip strict pull-ups
5 strict pull-ups

Coach’s notes:

Post rounds and reps complete in AMRAP and results for pull-ups sets to comments.

3 T2B into round of 21

Did a couple strict pull-ups but hands/grip were done.


A. 10 T2B into the round of 21.
– used the rower for all cals
– this WOD was all about managing the T2B for me. Pushing hard, but not going to failure.
B. Did some strict pull-ups. Like the other Derek, my grip wasn’t too interested in pulling anything other than body weight.
