13:53 as rx’d – feel like I rushed the reps on the push press, dipping for the next rep before I hit full lock out on the first, will work on that. Great effort from the first 2 classes this morning. Let’s see what the next 2 bring.

That was interesting for my first WOD! Didn’t quit make the 75lbs as rx, but something is much better then nothing! completed in 45:00

Did this one in medicine hat in 38 degree dry heat in my back yard with my dads old weights from sears back when he was my age.
