A.  Front Squat  – 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2 @ 30×1, rest 2-3 mins

B1.  Unbroken Chest to Bar Pull Ups  10-15 reps x 4 sets, rest 60 seconds

B2.  GHD Raise  10-15 reps x 4 sets, rest 60 seconds

Coach’s notes:  Post loads for front squat and reps for B1 and B2.
