After set of 4 climbs I repeatedly failed the cleans. Clock was at 30 minutes. Went home.

Scaled cleans to 70#. I could have gone heavier with these, but was a little worried about the shoulder during the warm up. Rope climbs are getting better! My grip was completely done by the end.

#63 No idea of my time, somewhere over 30 minutes.
Managed several rope climbs to the top, but not as rx’d. Tried alternating the leading arm on the way up and that seemed to give me more power. Clean & Jerk’s were tough for me even with this light weight. I am feeling sore – still from Friday and some new stuff from today.

Used 85# and my last 6 rope climbs were only 1/2 to 3/4 way up.

20 minutes using 85lbs and completed 6 rx’d rope climbs.


23ish minutes using 115# for cleans. Rope climbs as rx’d. Could have gone heavier on the cleans but tried to keep my form really nice through all sets. Rope climbs felt good today…I’m learning. Then a 14K hike..I’m rx’ing myself some whiskey n bed..my legs are tired.

I saw this WOD in the morning and thought “Glad I’m not doing that one today!”
Unfortunately, majority rules at Firebreathers (thanks ladies).
So…
A)AMRAP body weight bench press, then Handstand Walk for distance, rest 3ish min, X 5rds
Then
B) This lovely nugget of a WOD posted above.
A: 13/10/9/8/7, no walking, just holds
B: 18:27

But before all that fun…
OLY TT: C&J= 251, SN=195 (Missed 205 by a hair)
