Hang power clean
Front squat
Push jerk

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 95lbs and gals 65lbs for all movements.  Post time to comments.

I didn’t think that this one would be easy, but it was so much harder than I expected!!! I found the hang power clean and the front squats to be the most challenging. It was hard to hang on to the bar!

I can finally type 🙂 wrists are feeling a little better now. Vaccuuming was fun with rubber wrists 🙂 Great workout!
