WOD:

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 18 minutes of:

10 Box Jumps – 24”/20”
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull – 95#/65#
50 Double Unders

DUs all unbroken except round 4&5 at 40/10(ish)

Sad to say my cardio hasn’t improved any…spent too much time doubled over gasping for air when I should have been working. On the plus side, the double unders were pretty dialed in today.

8 rounds + 8 Box Jumps. Biffed the last box jumps trying to get the last 2 in time. No carved up shins though.
Played it safe today. Stepped down all the box jumps except a few in the 4th round just to make sure I could still rebound.
55# SDLHP I think it’ll be a bit before I’m rx’ing the barbell movements again.
Intentionally broke up the DUs after round 1 so I could move right into the box jumps.

Did this one at home on my own this afternoon. Modded it for what I had.
I did:
10 Switch lunges
10 KBS (55#)
50DU

8 rounds plus 14 reps. Happy with my DU today, most sets where only broken in half.
