Alright, I messed this one up and put two 35# plates on instead of 25# after my 175 lift. I got really frustrated, and couldn’t figure out why the weight seemed so heavy! 🙂 I didn’t realize what I did until I went to put away the weights at the end. I may have worn myself out with the 205# attempts, but I still tied my previous PR of 195#.

I am on Holidays in Kelowna and pulled some metcons from the web. Today I did 4 rounds of 25 lunges and 50 squats. I am not too sure of my time as my kids kept on trying to jump on my back. I think it was around 15 mins. I hope all is well at CFC

worked up to 130#. Need to practice more on cleans, jerk felt easy at that weight. Thanks Brett for the tips… will put those into action.

Monday was going to be a rest day but we switched it to today so that Monday we can stock up on Team CFC energy bars.
