Pre-A: Josh’s sweaty warmup – 30 minutes
A. Up to 205. Wrist didn’t feel stable when racking 215 so shut it down.
B. 4:47. Thruster 8 + 4/2/2/2/2
Fun times!
TT: 95# for 3. Worked on “the shelf”, not the weight.
B: 4:15 with 90# (should have just done rx).
Good warm up and cues Josh.
Worked up to 120# which is 5# off my 3RM, then backed off to 105# for 3 sets to work on form.
Knees are better. Elbows and core still need work.
