5 Rounds for time:

1 Rope Climb

12 Unbroken Deadlift

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 250 lbs and gals 165lbs for deadlift.  These are touch and go; no pause in tempo.  If you break a set of deadlift, perform 12 KB swings as a penalty for each break in set.  Guys use 1.5 pood, gals 1.0 pood for KB swings.  My advice?  Do not break the deadlifts.

14:00 as rx’d. Deadlifts are a weakness of mine so this was very heavy, happy to finish this as rx’d. Thanks Laura, fun class.

rope climb was my rest! Round 3,4,5 broken (8/4,9/3,7/5) 3 sets of 12 KBSs!

then scaled it to 185 and failed the last rope climb…

21:?? (deadlift as rx’d, rope from standing and definately used feet)- Ok, did I nap during the wod?? WOW! Second rope climb took 3 attempts and then on my 4th yay, I got it. Thanks Laura for the great coaching and encouragement!
