A little fuzzy on the times but I think:
C2B: All singles – 3:49
WB: 20# to 10’: 30/5/10 (no putting ball on ground): 2:11
SDLHP: 3:38(?) – Ugh
Press: 5:40(ish): Kinda gasses after the first 15

Good times with 9am. Thanks Z-diddy!

C2B – 3:57
Shoulder press 75# – 5:45
SDLHP 75# – 3:17
WB – 20#/10′ – 25/20 – 1:41
Thanks Zakk

Started with chest to bar – did the jumping scale and these went way better than I had thought.

Shoulder press – RX. The volume of these was challenging. I did sets of 5 with rest the whole way. Resting in this was the smartest decision I made the entire WOD.

SDHP – RX.

Wall ball – 14 lbs. Glad to leave the grunt work till the end.

Finished at 29:00 on the dot. Thanks, Zak!

TT 29:27

WBs at 4#: was pretty happy that I managed to do sets of 10 compared to my usual 5.

SDHP at 42#: 15/10/10/10 ripped off one of my nails on the first 10 😭😕

C2Bs scaled to ring rows.

SPs at 32#: 10/5/5/5/5/5/5/5 shoulders were burning on these!

Thanks Zac!

It was like I’d never done these movements before. 🤨
SP: 5:36@45# was reverting to my trademark hitch by the last bunch
SDLHP: 3:08 rxd. Started with my feet too wide and Was toesie.
WB: 3:47@14# to 10’ 9 sets of 5. Trying to regain any capacity I had with these.
C2B: 8:30 rxd. 1 set of 2 then 43 sets of 1. 😉
Pleasantly surprised I got through all of these.

Thanks Zak and Kimmer for the cues.

WB: 20# to 10’ – 1:48 – 30/10/5
C2B: 3:26 – 20/6/4/5/5/5
SP: 8:37 – 10/5/3/3/2 @95# then a break while I got different plates, changed the weights, etc. 5/5/4/3/3/2 @75# (guess that’s what I get for overestimating my ability after the first to movements)
SDLHP: 4:02 @75# – 10/10/7/6/5/2/5 (mostly struggled with grip, which by this point was almost nonexistent)

Thanks Zak!!

Wow, great job on the CTB sets everyone. Interesting to see the minimal time difference between Joe and Bryan, despite very different approaches…………….
