145#, 29:29. Cleans were terrible, i thought they would never end.


19:59 as rx’d (whoo hoo!) ….cleans one at a time…


14:23 with 115 lbs


20:57 scaled to 85#
With Laura’s encouragement tried 95#, but failed first three reps in first round and decided to go down to 85#. On a positive note, the 95# power clean during warm-up was a PR!

Started at 175, hurt wrist in 2nd round, dropped to 155 in 4th.

I had a blast with this one. It was a fun weight and the runs were bearable!


16:52 with 62# for the cleans.

17:21 as rx’d Blaine kept telling me during the WOD “your not tired…” FU is what I was thinking!!! Thank god he was there I almost started into round 8….


Rope climbing with crocs is easy but expensive
