CONGRATS to CFC – Team, OPT Team and all individual athletes. Great effort, and as all expected, great representation of Canada. Watching live (well – sorta – that webcast thing) was rather addicting. Hope you all enjoyed your experience, and again, congrats. Your dedication to the sport is highly motivational.

scaled push up to knee (last round of push up were sketchy…ended up completing though). Was so happy to actually finish the Rx. that I forgot to look at the time (rookie).

Went for a run after class and got back just in time to do Fran with the Teens class (considering I have the maturity of a 12 year old I didn’t feel out of place in the class!!!) 5:06 as rx’d (PR), can NOT wait to do this when I am fresh. Thanks for the push Chantal. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERIN!!!!!

“The California roll” 7pm after the games were done, went for a run in Santa Monica beach aprox 30 min carrying my backpack and put my feet in the water to feel the pacific ocean and make the workout more “stupid” maybe! Anyways I had fun and the day was just great! Then finished it up with 150 burpees for time = 15:17 min
Congratulations to all our guys and gals who came and compited at the games. They all survived and we will have them back in one piece i think!
