A1.  Handstand Walk – 50 ft. X 5 sets, rest 90-120s

A2.  Single Arm Dumbbell Clean/Single Arm Dumbbell Split Jerk – 5/5 reps/side X 5 sets, rest 90-120s

A3.  Triple Unders – 20 reps X 5 sets, rest 90-120s

A1: played around on red mat. Best walk was 6 steps. Coming along.
A2: 50/60/70/80/90 and then Brett and I went for a glory set at 100. Wasn’t very virtuous but got 2 in per arm. Looking forward to seeing what they boys at 10:15 do.
A3: Maybe 2 actual triple unders. Lots of attempts.

A1. Wall walk half way with knees bent and held for ~15sec. Downward dog with alternating arm lifts – 3 per side.

A2. 10/15/15/15. The split jerks really messed with my head at first since up til now I always split the same way. (Probably why I only got 4 rounds in since I was standing there thinking with a DB on my shoulder 😂)

A3. Mostly singles and got in maybe 15 DUs total.

Ran out of time after 4 rounds, but was pretty done energy wise by the end of those four so still happy.

A1: all unbroken 50 ft hand stand walk.
– super jacked in this. Haven’t really gone upside down in a few months. Didn’t know if I could still do it.

A2: 60/70/80/90/100, 5 reps each
– warmup didn’t go great with the coordination of feet and arms. But Zakk helped me through it. Trying to keep up to Chad was fun. Dude is so strong.

A3: 1st set, single, single, double, double, triple, butt whip… (insert creative curse word) …. 10 times. After the first sets i decided to do the jump tap my hip 3 times drill. Zakk had a great comment about start taping my hip on the my way up, not at the top of my jump. Also to count my jump and count to 4, not 3. Really great tips. That drill was still exhausting.
