4:59 as rx’d. Feeling pretty tired after work last night, burpees were slower than they should have been. Thanks Gord, great warm-up.

Squats were split 15-6/7-8/5-4, but I took too long getting back to the bar between sets! Burpees were terrible as usual…


11:52 with scaled weight to 65#. Well done this morning everyone. Chelsea you are amazing! Thanks for the push.


16:16 as rx’d was going to scale it but Cory, john, Carmen, Jenni, Dereck and Gord did not allow me!! With friends like this….I don’t need enemies.


11.10 with scaled weight of 70lbs, plus a bit of cheating at the end with Gord handing me the bar a few times after many failed attempts of cleaning it.
