worked up to 140lb…..8lbs away from body weight which will happen next time :o)

I think I did too many reps and sets (including warm up). Wrists were sore when at last set and I did not have as much strength as I would have liked going into a heavy triple…oh well next time for sure…I am also working on trying to get 15 bwt OHS…

I got lots of singles at 120 before I could get a second one. Didn’t feel finished, but I just couldn’t seem to find that optimal spot for holding the bar back, or I wasn’t confident to hold it further back.
