Can clean more but can’t get out of the squat.

75,95,105,115,125,135,140,145,145,150 (failed)


95/115/120/125/135/140/145/150 (PR)/155(f)….definitely NOT the prettiest or most technically sound clean but a PR nonetheless!!

Intro Class:
A1: Split jerk, 1 sec pause overhead.
4-5 reps x 3 sets, 60-90 sec rest
A2: Deadlift, 21X1, 4-5 reps x 3 sets, 60-90 sec rest
SJ: 56/65/76#
DL: 135/155/175#

B1: Negative pullups, 2-3 reps x 3 sets, 8-10 sec lower, 60-90 sec rest
B2: Anchored situps, 15 reps x 3 sets, 60-90 sec rest
Pullups: 3/3/3
Situps: 15/15/15
