21, 15 ,9 reps of:

Handstand Push-ups (HSPU’s)

95 lb. Barbell Thrusters

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 95 lbs. for thrusters and gals use 55lbs.  If you cannot do HSPU’s try feet elevated push-up, by placing your feet on a bench or box.  Try to pike the body so that your torso is perpendicular to the floor as it would be in a true handstand.  Post time to complete and any substitutions to comments.
