I ripped off the skin of my hands badly!! Good sign as I can do more than what my hands can last. I still need to find a better rythm for the kipping (one on one with Brett next week) and learn to push away from the bar. I know I can improve the number of pull ups by doing them more efficiently. Now I am waisting too much energy hanging and starting the swings every time. Trevor good point on the breathing while pulling at the row. When I tried to breath better did way less calories, need to work on that as well. You have to love crossfit!!! Have a good week people.
