As many rounds in 20 minutes of:

20 Dumbell Overhead Walking Lunges

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDLHP)

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 20lbs per hand for lunges, gals use 10lbs per hand.  For SDLHP, guys use 75lbs, gals use 55lbs (barbell).  For walking lunges make sure arms stay fully extended (straight) and at midline, meaning the dumbbells should be directly overhead and that the trail knee touches the ground lightly on each rep.
