Some debate over 2 dumbbells or 1. We settled on 2 DB still doing single arm since it said /hand

“With any time remaining work on reverse skipping.” – What do you think we just spent an entire workout doing?! 🖕

Instead we did a KBS competition because we didn’t do enough arms and shoulders today. 🤷‍♂️

Started with a thicker rope but found the extra weight taxing on the shoulders so switched to mine.

We also did the KB challenge. Did 80 UB with 1p
Forearms and hands are still not functioning.

Skiing was canceled due to -31C wind chill.

All my reverse unders and DB jerks were unbroken. Tried to have smooth transitions by placing my rope and DBs down in a way that I could grab and go and not have to fumble with them.

The last round of DB jerks I really wanted to put them down but my at rep 10… but I literally told myself to “you fucking lazy prick. It’s only 6 more reps, that’s 3 per hand. Man the fuck up and keep your hands up”…. sometimes you need to conquer your inner bitch.

74 unbroken KB swings at 1.5 pod. Didn’t want to do more then 75 as Shannon said I should go up in weight if I could do more then 75 and I didn’t want to swing 2.0 pod.

Thanks Shannon. Great cues and warmup with skipping. Great work 9am! Awesome to see all the new faces in class.

My left half did it rx, my right half used 25#.
Only broke the reverse unders twice in the whole workout. Slap my ass and call me Rosey, I figured these would have been a disaster waiting to happen.

Kettlebell swings will destroy my back faster than almost anything, so I listened to my inner bitch when it said, “Hell no!” and I opted out. Well done all those who chose to torture themselves.
