All burpees were step back/forward/over the bar. Physio is going well. I’ve been told that I might be slowly putting back some jumping into my workouts starting next week.

12 walking lunges 25#

Moving pretty slow this morning. Played around with Sumo Deadlifts afterwards.


Barbell (Strength):
A) 5 x 1 @ 95% top-to-top deadlift
Did this at 495#
B) EMOM for 12 min – 2 SP @80%
Haven’t tested in awhile so did all sets at 160# (no I don’t have a 200# SP)
C) 4 sets: 10 GHD Sit-up; 20 Hip Extension; Rest 4 min
Slow but steady on this
D) 3 sets: Max strict pull-ups
Tried one set and shut it down… arms not feeling very good.

Thanks for partnering Kimmer. One day we will make it through Jason’s or Max’s programming in the allotted time.


Barbell Club – Olympic Lifting
1. Snatch
a) work up to 1rm snatch in 15 minutes.
b) EMOM for 10 min – I snatch @ 80% of 1(a).
2. Power Clean + Push Press + Clean + Jerk
a) work up to max of the complex.
b) 3 sets of 1 @ 85% of 2(a).

1(a) worked up to 135#.
1(b) all at 115#
2(a) 165#
2(b) all sets at 150#
