35 DB Walking Lunges

20 Burpees

15 Knees to Elbows



Coach’s notes:  Guys use 40 lbs and gals use 25 lb for DB walking lunges.  Post time to complete to comments.

34:19 used 25lb the whole way through but knees to elbows still need a lot of work.


As I got more tired I actually got better at the drop to the floor for the burpees. Hands kept slipping off the bar on the knees to elbows too. Harder than I expected after first seeing it, but I should have known anything with burpees would be killer.

w/40lb DB

32.26 started at 25Ibs and dropped it to 20Ibs, for the last two rounds.
