Fran “light”
Used 85lb for thrusters instead of 95lb.
5min39sec. Big surprise. (set of 21 full ROM thrusters unbroken)
Did Fran with 80 lb barbell on my first week of crossfit training back in early Nov. and it took me 25 min.
On the negative side, I think I pulled something in my upper back on the pull-ups.
