On vacation, but did bring my brand new skipping rope (yay!). My double unders are atrocious, so I figured it would be good to practice a bit. Decided to make a little work out up with what I had. Here’s what I came up with.
15 MIN AMRAP:
30 DU
20 Burpees over the pool lounge chair
10 Pistols
3 rounds plus 11 DU
191 reps.
So slow because the double unders. And well, also the burpees. Haha.
