Front Squat – 3,3,3,3,3,3,3

Power Clean/Clean – 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1

 

Coach’s notes:  In the front squat work up to a 3 repetition maximum, increasing weight over the course of the 7 sets.  In the next exercises, perform 1 power clean followed by a full squat clean with the same load, increase the weight each set and work up to a heavy power clean/clean set.  Rest anywhere from 2-5 or more minutes between sets, more rest the heavier the lifts and more experienced the lifter.  Post loads to comments.
