can’t quite remember, as I went up in wonky increments and didn’t record.
I think I got 127 for all reps, then 133 for all but one split jerk.

Completed all lifts at 105 .

Worked up to 83 for complete movement and 90 for 2 completed split jerks, tried the 3rd but didn’t get under it enough and Han nothing left to press it out!
Really pleased with this as last time stayed at 63 as jerk was sucking and struggled with lowers.

Worked up to 145, then did 6 more sets of 5 @ 125
