Worked up to 62lbs and then got 67lbs for the HHS and 1 HS.
First workout in a week. I’ve been fighting a cold. My lung capacity still isn’t there yet. Also healing from a torn muscle in my calf. Lifting felt good today. Thanks Ken and Jay.


Worked up to 165. Tried 175 from the high hang a few times, even got under it and had it locked out but couldn’t stand up with it.

up to 90#, squat snatched all of them. kept it a bit lighter (loose term) to work on all the cues from Jason. thanks for the coaching jay, I took away a lot today.

Worked up to 83#. At 88# kept struggling with the 2nd hang snatch.

Work up to 4 Rep Max Bench then do 3 sets at -10% of that weight
– worked up to 4 X 210
– 3 sets at 4 x 190/195/195

C:
4 sets of close grip Push Ups to failure…Not that many
