This was a great workout. Did some things I didn’t know I could.
A. Got to 65#
B. Maxed out at 30# – super happy about this. Wasn’t long ago I could maybe do 3 pull ups in a row.

Pretty happy with today, have not been able to dips in quite some time due to that left shoulder being a little cranky, but today it felt fine!!!!!! Kept reps a little higher so as not to push it too much.

B. Up to – 45×3 / 70×2 / 70×1
