225lb Deadlift

Handstand Push Up (HSPU)

 

Coach’s notes:  One of CrossFit’s classics.  If you have not tried this one before, have fun!  225 lbs. is the unscaled weight for males.  Gals can try this one at 135 lbs.  If this is too heavy of course scale the load.  Handstand push-ups are done against a wall with forehead to floor each rep.  Also scale the HSPU’s if necessary.  Try eccentric (or only lowering), handstand holds or feet elevated push-ups.  Post time and any substitutions to comments.
