75 Single Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
Coach’s notes: Guys use 35 and gals 20 lbs for the snatch. Remember this is not a power snatch so the catch is full squat. You can split snatch the catch if this improves your ability to catch low. Otherwise scale the load. Post time to complete to comments.
