250 double Unders

75 Single Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

  Coach’s notes: Guys use 35 and gals 20 lbs for the snatch.  Remember this is not a power snatch so the catch is full squat.  You can split snatch the catch if this improves your ability to catch low.  Otherwise scale the load.  Post time to complete to comments.

22:17….had very little today…could not string more the 5 DU’s together…oh and the snatches sucked something bad after yesterday’s WOD…I think i need to take a few days off…I feel completely zapped…

Thanks to Michelle, Ali and Brett getting me through today…it was very mentally tiring…

Had to substitute, this time because of lower body injury…so no squats. Good thing the shoulders are better!!! Did 75 hang power cleans (75#) instead of the single arm snatches. No grip today because of yesterday’s workout. Down to 2’s and 1’s near the end of the 75.
