A. Rope Climb – AMRAP in 10 minutes
B. 3 rounds for time:
200 m DB Farmer’s Walk
20 Alternating Single Arm DB Snatch
Coach’s notes: Guys use 45 lbs per hand for farmer’s walk and a single 45 lb DB for the snatch, gals 25 lbs. Post number of rope climbs in 10 minutes and time for B to comments.
A: 5 rope climps (could have done more, but wanted to rest enough to keep them safe; they still scare me)

A. 6 rope climbs, failed on 7th.
B. 11:14, scaled to 20lb for snatch only
Grip was ok today. Wore weight lifting gloves to protect previous wounds.
A. 7 rope climbs (should have worn tall socks and thigh length tights to protect against the rope burn)
B. 18:55. Had to scale the snatch to 30lb due to shoulder.

After 3 and a half weeks of vacation and feeling similar to a tub o lard, I was a little frightened of returning today. Now that the wod is done, it feels good to be back!
