A2.  Barbell Thruster – 3-4 reps X 5-7 sets, rest approx. 90s

A3.  Two Foot Vertical Jumps – 5 reps X 5-7 sets, rest approx. 90s

Mostly kept things light and easy, back has been feeling touchy the last few days so mostly was aiming to just move a bit.
