A.  Work to a heavy triple touch and go power clean in the first 15 mins.

B.  “Elizabeth” – 21, 15, 9 rep rounds for time of:

Clean – 135#/95#
Ring Dips

A: worked up to 100# for 3 sets to work on form. Touch and go is not my strength.

Cleans: rx’d
Dips: skinny band.
First time doing rx’d weight for this. Really happy with how quick they went. Must be the new barbell. 😉
Based on the 2 previous times I found for this one(over 15 minutes)they must have been squat cleans…..

Well, that went pretty well. Probably have not done dips in almost a year?….as they did not make my shoulder happy. I had 10 seconds to finish my last 2 dips in under 5:00, but I failed one, then got one, time hit 5:00, failed another one and then finally made the last one.
Should be able to start training some pushing volume now, so this will be an easy sub 5, next time.
