In case anyone is wondering why my PU numbers look so weird I decided to try the easy grips for my first 2 sets of pull ups. My grip was definitely tighter and I felt a little anxious about slipping. The next 2 sets were hands only but I developed a tear on my 4th set. Then back to easy grip for 5th set but grip was done.
Thanks for a great class Todd!

A1. 225 X 5 sets= 1125
A2. 15, 12, 13, 10, 10
