A.  Snatch Grip Pull – 2-3 reps X 6-8 sets, rest approx. 90s

B.  Power Snatch – 2-3 reps X 6-8 sets, rest approx. 90s

A. Only got through four sets:
55 x 3
65 x 3
85 x 2
95 x 2

B. Up to 75 felt really good, failed 80 a couple times and failed 85 the first couple tries.

80 x 2
85 x 1 (in a Hail Mary attempt lol at the very end).

Proud of these because my 1RM for a squat snatch (in November 2021) was 90 lbs, so I got pretty close.
