B. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 9 minutes of:
4 Burpees Over Box
10 Alternating Double Dumbbell Forward Lunges – 5/leg
NO REST, then
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 9 minutes of:
10 Handstand Shoulder Taps
5 Bar Muscle-ups
A. 185/225/255/275/305/325
B.
1. 9 rounds with 25# DBs. Turned this one into an EMOM.
2. 5 rounds + 10 shoulder taps. MUs actually got better in later rounds.
