A. Spend 18 minutes working to a challenging 5 rep Sumo deadlift.

B. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 9 minutes of:

4 Burpees Over Box

10 Alternating Double Dumbbell Forward Lunges – 5/leg

NO REST, then

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 9 minutes of:

10 Handstand Shoulder Taps

5 Bar Muscle-ups

1. 9 rounds with 25# DBs. Turned this one into an EMOM.
2. 5 rounds + 10 shoulder taps. MUs actually got better in later rounds.

B: 1) 9 rounds with 45# Dumbbells and 30″ box.
2) 5 rounds + 10 freestanding shoulder taps + 3 MU

Wish I could have done this with my fit friends.
