Did Angie for the first time without assisted pull ups!!! And also a PR – 26:37.

“Cindy” with modifications 🙂
used red resistance tubing for pullups
did 3 rounds of strict pushups, then fell to my knees…

Total: 15 rounds +5 pullups
soon I’ll be able to do them as rx’d.

Used red resistance tubing also, very challenging to get any kind of a kip on the bar there.
I did full push up’s for the entire 20 minutes (painful)
Total 9 rounds + 5 pullups
It was cool to compare with March 20th.
