95 Wallballs

75 Box Jumps

55 Push Jerk

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 20 lbs for the wallballs, 24 inch box jump and 125 lb jerk.  Gals use 14 lb wallball, box jump to 18 inches and 80 lb jerk.  Post time to complete to comments.

Did some deadlifts at the University.

255×1 PR, 260×1, 265×1, 270F, 225×3.

265 new PR, up from 245 Feb 12th.

Wall ball: 6#
Box jumps: 18 in
Push jerk: 33#

Wish I was at least a foot taller… may have been able to do my wall balls in less time.
