105, 115, 125, 130, 135 Thanks Michelle as always good tips!

Hadn’t done a 1RM clean and jerk in a long time so wanted to do this just to get a sense of where I’m at with this lift. Did these all as full squat cleans to practice coming up straight out of the bottom – still my greatest challenge. Started to get ugly (started tipping forward on the way up) at about 90 lbs. The catch was not a problem and the jerk wasn’t too bad either. Stopped at 95lbs because coming up was just getting too ugly.

Great TT oly class today – thank you DJ and Michelle. You fixed my squat in a little over an hour, and gave me an excuse to buy a new pair of shoes!
