C.            Shoulder Press – work to a heavy double in 10 minutes

Got this done at a gym here in Hamburg…
A. Did on rower, 1:28.x for all
B. Going to run this later
C. I think 99#… I am guessing the bar was 15kg. Didn’t have plates small enough to get 2 done on the next jump up.

Hope the weather there is as nice as it is here today!

Felt like spring today so I went for a run close to home- a light 4-5k run followed by 3 800m HomeDepot hills in Tuscany (that’s a good hill btw)- around 3:50 each time..looks like I need to do some more hills regularly. Then tried to run home at a faster than slow pace. No shoulder presses..

Shoulders are smoked from the Games WOD! Thought legs were good until I ran…
