100 Body Weight Back Squats

each break in the set do 25 Sit Ups

Coach’s notes:  Post time and number of breaks in the set to comments.

CFC Kids will be held today at CFC HQ at 8:45-9:30.

Important Reminder – during Labour Day (Mon. Sept. 7) we will be on a holiday schedule for classes.  The 9:30 am class and 6:00 pm classes will be available for member and/or drop in attendance.

James’ Team workout:

1 min. rowing for calories
1 min. box jumps (20″) for reps
1 min. DB burpee thrusters for reps (our team used 10# DB)
x 3 rounds

3 minutes break

Repeated the above 3 times!
