As many round in 20 minutes:

10 Alternating Dumbbell Split Jerk

10 Dumbbell Walking Lunges

 

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 35 lbs and gals 25 for both movements.  Post number of completed rounds to comments.

Steve G, go to either Gord’s Running Store at 919 Centre St N or The Tech Shop and ask for a pair of racing flats. Nike, New Balance, Saucony, Adidas and Brooks all make a decent pair. They would be great for any wod that comes up with running involved.
