800m run, while your partner performs Burpees, then switch, then
400 Double Unders (total), one working at a time, then
200 Deadlift (total – 135#/95#), while your partner holds a KB Zercher
(1.5/1.0 pood), then
100 Ring Rows (total) while your partner holds a Front Plank, then
50 Candlestick Get-ups (total), one working at a time.
