“Fight Gone Bad”
3 rounds of time:
Wallballs
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Box Jumps
Push Press
Row (calories)
Coach’s notes: For FGB move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five minute round from which a one minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes move to the next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Guys use 20 lbs and gals use 14 lbs for the wallballs, 75 lbs and 55 lbs for the SDLHP and push press. Box jumps are 20″ for all. Add your points and post them to comments.
Compare to August 22, 2009

Yes, it was a fun event! Watching it was almost as exciting!
Previous PB 195 . I know I could have done better. Needed Fuel!
Apparently my brain doesn’t really work all that well after FGB!!! Can you relate???
I thought that I did much worse than last time, but it turns out that I had my numbers wrong in my head. In fact, I did a whopping 3 reps more today!!!
I’m super disappointed, but it just wasn’t my day today. The 55# felt incredibly heavy and my lungs just couldn’t keep up at all. I guess I am just leaving extra room for improvement next time!
Total reps today: 142
Amazing job CFC!!!! What great efforts in raising money and then FGB!!! Everyone did incredible!!!
Thanks to everyone who was cheering and counting. And thanks to the people who put all their hard work into organizing the event!!!
Kudos to the organizers! What a fun event!! 🙂 Great cheerleading efforts from everyone, and thanks for the “focus” advice, Katie – I used it and it worked!!
Scored 170 as rx’d (a 48 point improvement from January!).
Wow great event!!!
Hit the first round pretty hard and may have been too much. I haven’t felt like I did today after a WOD ever. Also, Rebecca totally worked me!

Loved this event, seeing the gym packed with fit people all ready to compete just helps get me up, i enjoyed every second of it and hope there are more events like this in the future. Thanks to everyone who helped count and all the OPT trainers that volunteered there time to put this together and organize the individual heats. Hope everyone had as much fun as me 🙂
Excellent event-started off with a Super group of CrossFit Kids who all showed their amazing form, drive, dedication, support for their Dads who bravely did their 3rd round and a big shout out to Kelly M who displayed a very mature and true sportsmanlike gesture-you all make us CF Coaches very proud!!!
Thanks to Kris who truly ran what came off as an effortless and seemless event, to Todd who ran a great class, to all the counters (especially Sandee P who kept me going), to all the spectators who cheered us on and to every single person who raised or contributed to the amazing event-it is incredible what we can achieve together. Congrats to everyone that participated as well-espeically those of you who braved this crazy wod for the first time!!
A very proud CF Coach and Member, Chantal

Another great event hosted by CFC! My hat is off to all of the organizers, volunteers, and participants who came out today to support our CF community in this fundraising effort! Thanks for such an awesome experience!

I had a fantastic time today. BIG thanks to all of the volunteers and organizers, you guys did a great job. Nice job to all of the fundraisers too! 245 as rx’d, really need to work on wall balls. Can’t wait for the next event.
Great organization of the event Trevor, Kris and Todd. Discovered that I need to do lots of work on my SDLHP & push press…watching DJ crank them out was inspiring to this old guy.
