Did this one at home and hardly have any strength left in my forearms to move my fingers to type!

Did the whole thing unbroken, but took fairly long breaks in the high numbers to allow my breathing to calm down and my forearms to stop burning. Didn’t want to repeat any of them!!! 500 is enough DU’s for me!!!


got stuck trying to get the round of 45 on the way up! at 31 mins was out of time and out of focus!

9:49 as rx’d…had to repeat reps 25 on the way down…goal was under 10 minutes! Thanks Todd for a great class

2 rounds for time
50 box jumps – 20″
40 kb swings – .7 pod
30 pull ups with blue band
20 wallballs with 12#
10 handstand push ups – subbed with seated military press 20# per hand

Felt like crap due to poor food choices the night before, but a nice group of people.


That sucked! Made it to 15, then attempted 20 and failed over and over and over again. :/


32:28 only made it up to 30 and back down.

Made the 30 rounds with 39 though a personal best in double unders. Tried multiple times for the 35 couldn’t make it so started working back down


10:22 as rx’d.

I only failed the round of 15 on the way up, but I was probably overly cautious with my rest times between the rounds of 35 and 50. Now that I have a benchmark I’ll take more risks next time!


………..saw the workout and felt like turning around but the word “quit” does not exist in Crossfit vocabulary! Never got past 5.

Todd thank you for the one on one ! Got a lot of practice today on the basics and the “boxer” style footwork! Great tips!


Everyone LOVES double unders!!! I know I certainly effin’ do.

Poor showing today. Couldn’t get 40 on the way up. 39? Sure, a couple times. 40? Nope.

me – well, made 20 du’s on 2nd attempt couldn’t get past 20’s but did 5 20’s plus a bunch of 10’s – exhausted! my DU’s need work!!


Did Wall balls with 12 pound one all the way to 40 and down in 36min. Tough on the arms
